THE CALL THAT NEVER COMES

A year ago the tenants of Barrington Court, Stuart Interiors, found their business seriously hit by the recession. They left Barrington Court and removed all their designer furniture from the building. The National Trust has not refurnished the place and so what you see is an empty shell apart from one or two odd pieces. Very minimalist, rather bleak and a little uninviting is how we felt about it.
