Sotheby's Presentation Center, Tobiano2

We created this presentation center to tell the story of Tobiano, a historic 17,000 acre ranch. First we created a strategy for of how the story should be interpreted, and then designed a building and the spaces to communicate this story. We programmed the space with the flexibility to adapt to multiple functions such as events and meetings. We included a design studio, main hall with model, art gallery, interpretive area and offices. All design elements thematically tied back to the ranch – including a dramatic three meter custom glass wall by Rob Studer. www.thisisit.ca
